FREQUENTLY ASKED...

HOW DO I PAY & IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Payment can be made via bank transfer.

Orders £60 and below must be made in full at the time of ordering.

Orders over £60.01 require a 50% booking fee with the remaining balance due in accordance with our terms.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We are in Camberley, Surrey.

DO YOU DELIVER?

Collection is preferred, but delivery is possible. The cost of delivery will be based on a return journey of mileage plus hourly rate. Please get in touch to discuss!

CAN I CHOOSE THE FLOWERS?

This will depend on the product, please check the descriptions of your chosen item. In any case, creative licence is often how I work best, so whilst it's a good idea to give me an idea of your favourites, it's generally best not to be too specific.

CAN I CHOOSE THE COLOURS?

Yes of course! Although please bear in mind that each colour is hand mixed so it can be difficult to get an exact match so it is best not to be overly specific. Late/last minute orders may need to be flexible in order to make a booking.

HOW MANY DIFFERENT DESIGNS WILL I RECEIVE?

A box of 4 typically has a maximum of 2 designs, a box of 6 a maximum of 3 designs and a box of 12 a maximum of 4 designs. It is not possible to have 12 different designs in one box, for example.

WHAT FLAVOURS ARE YOU CUPCAKES?

Our cupcakes come in vanilla, lemon or chocolate sponge topped with vanilla buttercream. Vanilla will be given as standard, unless otherwise requested. Fillings are charged at a supplement (+£5 per box of 12) and include lemon curd, chocolate, or a jam of your choice.

DO YOU CATER FOR ALLERGIES?

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Please head to our contact page and fill out the online form.

Alternatively you can email us at surreybouqcakes@hotmail.com, or get in touch via social media.

Yes! However please be aware that our kitchen is not allergen free and therefore contains ingredients such as nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs.

Steps however are taken to avoid cross contamination when baking your requested cake (I.E Gluten free cakes would be baked first on collection day, boxed and kept completely separate from any other gluten containing orders).

Customers must ensure any allergens are outlined prior to ordering from us.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE?

Typically 3-4 weeks notice is best, however last minute orders can be possible so it's always worth asking. If you can be flexible on design and colours this will help.
